Ron Frick currently serves as the President, where, as chief executive, he leads the organization in mobilizing resources to change lives in Lycoming, Sullivan and Tioga Counties. Prior to becoming the organization’s leader, he was a United Way volunteer for almost 34 years. Prior to joining the United Way, he was employed a Senior Relationship Manager in Middle Market and Healthcare Banking for M&T Bank for almost 34 years.
Ron received his B.A. in Business Administration and International Studies from Lycoming College in 1983, is a 1986 graduate of the PBA Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending, and 1994 graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, with honors.
Ron serves on the Northern Tier Advisory Committee and governing Board of Directors of the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, where in 2016, he chaired the successful $1.2 million Bold Journey Capital Campaign. He is active at First United Methodist Church, Williamsport, and serves on the boards of the Lycoming County Authority and the Lycoming County Industrial Development Authority, which he also chairs. He has been a member of the Kiwanis Club of Williamsport for almost 35 years.
In addition to his board service, Ron has volunteered for the last 17 years as a team host for the Little League World Series and is also an active distance runner for Team in Training; the endurance sports arm of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Ron and his wife Judy have two adult children and one granddaughter and live in Loyalsock Township, Lycoming County.
